性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：灰褐色或類(lèi)白色粉末。1940年發(fā)現(xiàn)的*個(gè)鋅酶，也是zui重要的鋅酶?，F(xiàn)已報(bào)道有80多種鋅酶，居各類(lèi)金屬的*。碳酸酐酶是紅細(xì)胞的主要蛋白質(zhì)成分之一，在紅細(xì)胞中的地位僅次于血紅蛋白。含一條卷曲的蛋白質(zhì)鏈和一個(gè)鋅（Ⅱ）離子。分子量約為29000。鋅離子處于變形四面體的配位環(huán)境。催化的zui重要的反應(yīng)是二氧化碳（碳酸酐）可逆的水合作用，使它在生理pH值條件（pH值≌7）下很快進(jìn)行。為催化H2CO3CO2＋H2O反應(yīng)的酶,酶加速二氧化碳水合的因子在10^7左右。
用途：本品僅供科研，不得用于其它用途。(以下用途僅供參考)碳酸酐酶是鋅蛋白質(zhì)（動(dòng)物原性)，它在紅血球中具有對(duì)碳酸和重碳酸離子的迅速轉(zhuǎn)換的作用。
