平板閘閥的工作原理和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

1、平板閘閥的工作原理:雙重密封、自動(dòng)泄壓、免維護(hù)1、閥門(mén)內(nèi)部壓力相當(dāng)時(shí)（1），閘板處于閉合狀態(tài)，閥座表面PTFE密封環(huán)形成初始密封，每次閥門(mén)開(kāi)或關(guān)時(shí)，閥座圈能清潔閘板兩側(cè)
 

2、對(duì)閥門(mén)施加管理壓力時(shí)（2），壓力作用于閘板，迫使它貼近出口閥座上PTFE環(huán)，壓縮它直到閘板停在鋼制閥座上，這樣，就形成了雙重密封，首先是PTFE對(duì)金屬密封，然后是金屬對(duì)金屬密封，閥座也被牢固地?fù)斓桨疾?，在這一點(diǎn)（3），O形圈阻止任何后部介質(zhì)流。
 

3、閥體壓力泄放后，形成進(jìn)口密封，管道壓力作用于進(jìn)口閥座（4），使其移向閘板，這時(shí)形成PTFE對(duì)金屬的密封，同時(shí)，O形圈（5）與閥座凹槽形成緊密的密封。
 

4、閥門(mén)自動(dòng)泄放多余的壓力，當(dāng)閥體壓力大于管道壓力時(shí)，由于熱膨脹，進(jìn)口閥座推向凹槽，閥體內(nèi)多余的壓力在閥座與閘板之間泄放到管道中。
 

平板閘閥的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)Products design features　　●閥體有鑄造和焊接兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　●閥座采用O形密封圈密封和施加預(yù)緊力的浮動(dòng)閥座結(jié)構(gòu)，使閥門(mén)進(jìn)出口雙向密封；并且該結(jié)構(gòu)的啟閉力矩僅為普通閥門(mén)的1/2，能達(dá)到輕松開(kāi)、關(guān)閥門(mén)。
　　　The seal ring uses the floating seat ring structure with o-sear ring sealed and pre-tightening force applied to have inlet and outlet dual-way sealed;and the open-close moment with this structure is 1/2 that of the common valves only,able to lightly open and close valves.
　　●閥座采用密封面上鑲嵌PTFE，具有PTFE對(duì)金屬和金屬對(duì)金屬的雙重密封，PTFE密封面同時(shí)清除閘板臟物的作用，
　　　The seat ring uses the sealing face inlaid with PTFE,so has dual seals of PTFE to metal and metal to metal, the PTFE sealingface also acts as removing the dirt on the wedge disc.
　　●金屬對(duì)金屬密封的閥門(mén)，閥體外部設(shè)有注油脂結(jié)構(gòu)，油脂通過(guò)注脂器、閥座進(jìn)入閥門(mén)密封面，使閥門(mén)達(dá)到零泄漏。
　　　For the valve with the metal to metal seal,there is grease injector outside of it,grease gets into the sealing face through the injector and the seat ring to have the valve up to null leak.
　　●帶導(dǎo)流孔閥門(mén)的閘板，無(wú)論是全開(kāi)或是全關(guān)始終與密封面吻合，密封面得到保護(hù)不受介質(zhì)直接沖刷，從而延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
　　　The wedge disc of the valve with flow guide hole is always fitted with the sealing face whether in full open or full close status to have the sealing face protected without being directly eroded by the medium so as to extend the duration.
　　●閥門(mén)在全開(kāi)時(shí)，通道平滑為直線(xiàn)，流阻系數(shù)極小，無(wú)壓力損失，可通毛球清掃管線(xiàn)。
　　　When fully opened,the valves channel is smooth and linear ,with an extremely small flow resisting coefficient and no pressure loss,and the pipeline can be cleaned with hair-ball through it.
　　●本閥采用帶自密封能力的填料結(jié)構(gòu)，無(wú)需經(jīng)常調(diào)節(jié)，開(kāi)、關(guān)極為輕便，且密封性可靠，填料函處設(shè)有輔助密封油脂注入結(jié)構(gòu)，密封性能可靠，真正達(dá)到零泄漏；解決了通用閥門(mén)填料處zui容易外漏的蔽病。
　　　This valve uses the packing structure with the ability of self-seal,needs no constant adjustment,features very light open and close and a reliable seal An assisting sealing grease injection structure is set in the packing to have the sealing performance absoluy reliable and get a true null leak,settling the problem for the packing place of universal valves to be easiest leak outward.
●閥門(mén)關(guān)閉時(shí)能自動(dòng)卸掉內(nèi)腔高壓（詳見(jiàn)工作原理圖），保證使用安全。

　　●全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，防護(hù)性能好，可適應(yīng)全天候要求。
　　　Fully sealed structure leaves a good protective property,suitalbe for the requirement of 24-hour duty.
　　●升降桿閥門(mén)設(shè)有指示桿或觀(guān)察窗以表示閥門(mén)的啟閉情況，旋轉(zhuǎn)桿閥門(mén)采用封閉齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)啟閉指示機(jī)構(gòu)。

　　●直理式閥門(mén)外表面采用環(huán)氧煤瀝青防腐處理，能與管線(xiàn)同壽命。
　　　The external surface of the directly built-in valve is corrosion resisting treated with epoxy coal bitumen and can be the same duration as the pipeline.
